  • Guided Oklahoma Baptist to national semifinals of NAIA Tournament on three occasions (runner-up finishes in 1993 and 1997 and tied for third in 1994)
  • Compiled an 88-16 record (.846) as women's coach at southern Nazarene (OK) in three seasons from 1987-88 through 1989-90, including winning the national title in 1989
  • Coached the Rio Grande Valley Vipers, an NBA Developmental League franchise, and guided the American Basketball Association's Arkansas Aeros to a 25-2 record in 2006-07
  • Assistant coach at Oklahoma Baptist under Darrel Johnson for two seasons in 1985-86 and 1986-87, and at Oklahoma under Kelvin Sampson for two seasons in 2004-05 and 2005-06.
