Foreign Invasion: No International Player Anointed as All-American This Year

Several foreign standouts - Duke center Khaman Maluach (Sudan), Illinois guard Kasparas Jakucionis (Lithuania) and BYU guard Egor Demin (Russia) - were standouts for NCAA Tournament teams and are projected to be eventual mid-first round selections in NBA draft. But none of them were anointed as an All-American this season. They failed to join the following alphabetical list of more than 40 hoop-prince All-Americans spending most or all of their formative years in a country beyond U.S. borders:
