- Assistant coach at North Carolina State under Norman Sloan for nine seasons from 1969-70 through 1977-78, at Georgia under Hugh Durham for eight seasons from 1981-82 through 1988-89, and back at North Carolina State under Les Robinson for three seasons from 1993-94 through 1995-96
- Major-college career playing statistics under Press Maravich and Sloan (13.3 ppg, 3 rpg, 43.8 FG%, 73 FT%). Two-time All-ACC first-team selection. Fourth-round NBA draft choice of the Los Angeles Lakers in 1968 scored four points in seven games with the Phoenix Suns in 1968-69.
